Full Moon Sound Bath
Surrender to sound. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan gongs, and ocean drums under the light of the full moon. Our resident sound healer guides you through a 90-minute journey that releases tension held deep in the body and quiets the relentless mind. No yoga experience required — simply lie back and receive.
Arm Balance Intensive
Finally nail crow, side crow, and flying pigeon. In this focused 3-hour workshop led by James Rivera, you will systematically build the wrist strength, core engagement, and — most importantly — the fearlessness needed to lift off. Progressive drills, partner spotting, and wall support make this accessible even if you have never left the ground before.
Breathwork & Ice Bath
Ancient breath techniques meet modern cold exposure science. David Kim leads a 2-hour Wim Hof-inspired breathwork session followed by optional guided cold immersion. Participants consistently report profound shifts in stress resilience, mood, and mental clarity. A towel, open mind, and willingness to be uncomfortable are all you need.
Yoga Nidra & Reiki Evening
Experience the most profound relaxation of your life. Yoga Nidra — the yogic sleep — systematically guides your awareness through the layers of the body, leading you to a state between waking and sleep where deep healing occurs. Our certified Reiki practitioner moves through the room offering energy healing throughout. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket.
Community Retreat Weekend
Three days of total immersion in the mountains outside Boulder. Morning meditation at sunrise, twice-daily yoga sessions with the full instructor team, evening fire ceremonies, guided hikes through aspen groves, and farm-to-table meals prepared by our community chef. This retreat consistently sells out within 48 hours of announcement. Early bird discount available until May 1.
Kids Summer Yoga Camp
A week-long morning camp for children ages 6-12 that blends yoga, mindfulness, creative arts, and outdoor play. Each day has a theme — strength, balance, gratitude, kindness, and joy. Children leave with tools for self-regulation, a new friendship circle, and a love of movement that can last a lifetime. Taught by our certified children's yoga instructor Sarah Okafor.
